Shipping Policy:

1. Processing Time:
– All orders are processed within 5-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
– You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates:
– Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
– We offer free shipping for most orders ( Terms and conditions may apply)

3. Delivery Estimates:
– Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
– Standard shipping: 10 – 30 business days
– Expedited shipping: 5 – 10 business days

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
– You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has been shipped.
– Kindly check your email inbox folder or spam folder and reach out by emailing or calling once you haven’t received a tracking within 10 business days after placing an order.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
– Larry Jay Ghana is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages:
– Larry Jay Ghana is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping:
– We currently only offer international shipping to a limited number of countries. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us for alternative arrangements.

Returns Policy:

1. Returns:
– You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Return Process:
– To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at contact@larryjayghana.com within 5 days of receiving your item.
– Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
– Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.

3. Shipping Your Return:
– You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds:
– Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
– We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
– If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
– You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Exchanges:
– If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Support. Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Changes to Shipping and Returns Policy:
